You can batch edit prices and object visibility for your Store
In your Store Manager, you are able to take batch actions on your Store objects from the batch editing tab. You can search by object name, and either choose all or selected objects to edit at once.
Please be aware we're continuing to develop the Batch Editing tool and will add more features based on your feedback!
Batch actions include:
- Increase or decrease the price of your objects
- Change the visibility between private and public
- Individual objects can be edited from the list
Price adjustments
- Amount can be rounded to the nearest 0.00 or 0.09
- Object price can be increased or decreased by a fixed amount or a percentage
- Preview current and new price
PLEASE NOTE: Once you process your change, depending on the number of objects affected, the "Batch editing" tab will become unavailable to be used until the change on all objects is completed.
Using The Tool
To change your object prices in bulk, start by heading over to the Store Manager page and switch to the "Batch editing" tab.
Select the objects you wish to edit by clicking the check boxes next to them. You can make use of the search box and highlight all button to select specific ranges.
Next select whether you want to change to price or visibility of your objects in the dropdown menu.
If you select "Change the price", you will be shown the price change popup. Here you can increase or decrease the price of your selected objects, either by a fixed or a percentage amount. Follow the popup through to make your changes. You will see a summary at the bottom of the popup.
After clicking "Preview" you will be taken to a preview of your price changes. Please review, and when you are ready, Click "Apply", to update the selected objects.
If you select "Change the visibility", you will be shown a simpler popup where you can toggle the objects between private and public. Again you will be shown a summary, and can preview your changes before confirming them.
