Which of my merchants can sell my physical products via the physical marketplace?
In the current release, only merchants with a commercial license acquired via Tribes can sell physical products in the marketplace.
How will my brand be displayed on the physical marketplace?
Your brand name will be clearly shown beneath each physical product being sold by one of your merchants, driving traffic to your MyMiniFactory store.
Am I able to track sales generated by my merchants?
We plan to introduce a dashboard to clearly show sales and analytics from purchases from merchants. This is not available in the current release but we will share data with you per request, or via regular email update
Will I earn revenue from merchant sales?
In the current release, MyMiniFactory will take 10% commission on any sales on the merchant marketplace. The rest will go to the merchant, excluding payment processing fees. We plan to introduce revenue sharing for creators in a future release.
