It is imperative to communicate with your Creator Relations rep when attempting to change these details to avoid issues with the transition. Please reach out directly to your rep, or send us an email at creator-relations@myminifactory.com.

To change your payment details for the subscription charge, you need to unsubscribe from your current Store Manager subscription plan and subscribe again once your current Store Manager subscription cycle has ended.
