      Getting your invoice

      To ensure that you receive payments on time, please refer to the Statistics Page and use the ‘Earnings Payout Request’ button*.


      *Submit by the 12th and 26th of each month, midnight PST, to receive your payout in that cycle. The payout cycle starts on the 14th and 28th of each month, excluding when these days fall on a weekend or UK bank holiday.

      All Premium Creators now have a monthly Premium Creator Subscription payment invoice automatically generated within your Subscriptions page (under My Payments) when renewing your monthly subscription.

      This process now happens automatically and uses your Store Name as a default entry.

      Should you want more information listed on the invoice, you will need to input your details in the Business Details part of your Settings page.

      Every invoice will now include this information. Please note, this only applies to all future invoices, not the ones already generated.
