Campus is a place to learn together. It is a video hosting space for Digital Creators and their communities with a focus on education, self-improvement, mutual support, and shared growth. In Campus, a series of uploaded videos is called a Masterclass, and each uploaded video within that series is called a lesson module. **Before you get started it will be beneficial to prepare these materials.** - **Recorded content** - For your Masterclass lesson modules. - **Masterclass Thumbnail** - Recommended: 1920 × 1080px · Aspect Ratio 16:9 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB. - **Thumbnail for each lesson module** - Recommended: 1920 × 1080px · Aspect Ratio 16:9 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB. - **Masterclass Page Background** - Recommended: 1920 × 480px · Aspect Ratio 4:1 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB. - **Note:** This image has a bottom-up dark gradient overlay. #### **[Create Your Masterclass Here \>](https://www.myminifactory.com/hub/campus/masterclasses)**   --- ### **Set Up Guide** #### **Step 1) Navigate to your Campus Hub** To navigate to Campus click the Campus button on the MyMiniFactory Navigation bar. When you are on the Campus page, click the Hub tab in the left side panel. **NOTE:** Campus is currently in BETA release. It is non-navigable on the website and only available to selected Creators. If you have been given access you can get to Campus with this link here - **[www.myminifactory.com/campus/masterclasses](https://www.myminifactory.com/campus/masterclasses)** If you would like to request access please reach out to your Creator relations rep or **[creator.relations@myminifactory.com](mailto:creator.relations@myminifactory.com)**   #### **Step 2) Create Your Masterclass** From your Campus Hub, click the "+ Create a Masterclass" Button. This will create an edit page for your video series. Fill in the fields to set up your Masterclass. - Add a Masterclass title - Check the Public visibility checkbox if you want your Masterclass to be discoverable on Campus, leave it unchecked if you would like the Masterclass to remain private. - Add a Description - Add a Category - Set a price (leave at 0 if you want the Masterclass to be free) - Upload your Masterclass Thumbnail (Recommended: 1920 × 1080px · Aspect Ratio 16:9 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB) - Upload your Masterclass page background (Recommended: 1920 × 480px · Aspect Ratio 4:1 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB) - **Note:** a dark-to-transparent gradient is overlaid from the bottom of this image. - It is good practice to Save at this point, before uploading your lesson modules ![campus gif 1](https://creator.myminifactory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/campus%20gif%201.gif?width=670&height=317&name=campus%20gif%201.gif) #### **Step 3) Upload modules to your Masterclass** Now that you have created your Masterclass page you can start uploading individual lesson modules. Scroll to the bottom of the Masterclass edit page and click the "Add a module" button. This will take you to the Module info pop-up. Fill in the fields to create your Module. - Add a Module title - Set the Module accessibility to choose whether MyMiniFactory Members can view the video for FREE **Top Tip:** If you are putting together a paid Masterclass it can be good strategy to upload a FREE teaser video, as the first module in the series. - Add a Description - Upload a Module Thumbnail (Recommended: 1920 × 1080px · Aspect Ratio 16:9 · JPG, JPEG, PNG or GIF · Max 2MB) - Upload the module video - Click add when you are finished - Repeat this process to add more modules to your Masterclass series ![campus gif 2-1](https://creator.myminifactory.com/hs-fs/hubfs/campus%20gif%202-1.gif?width=670&height=317&name=campus%20gif%202-1.gif) #### **Step 4) Send for verification** Once you have filled out your Masterclass edit page and uploaded your modules click save on the Masterclass edit page. Preview your Masterclass to review how it will look live, and make any necessary adjustments. When you are finished click "Send for verification" in the top right, we will review your Masterclass, which can take up to 2-3 business days. If approved your masterclass will go live, if not, our team will contact you with feedback on what needs to change. #### **Step 5) Review Your Masterclasses** After you have created one or more Masterclasses, they will appear in your Campus Hub. Here you can see the details for your Masterclasses, including status, visibility, price, attendance, and creation date. You can also perform actions.
