Rewards Section (Tiers)
Ensure that your Tier name is clear and that the description states what is included within the Tier for clarity; such as the number of models included, Add-On discounts, Milestones and Tribes Trials.
If you are not sure how best to price your Tiers, please consult your Creator Relations Rep or contact creator-relations@myminifactory.com.
Once you click “Accept” your Pledge will appear in the Pledge Levels Section:
Selecting the Pencil symbol will open the Pledge Level Editor. This is how it appears:
Here you can edit all the information in your Pledge (as described above).
There are more options available by selecting “Advanced Settings”:
Advanced Settings allows you to set up Earlybird Tiers with a limit on time or seats. Use ‘Close On’ to control when your Earlybird Tier ends and ‘Max Backers’ to create a limited seat number to Pledge. You can also select if your backers can upgrade their Pledge using Credits using “Is Upgradable”.
Using Earlybird Tiers is an effective strategy, we recommend all Creators utilize this feature.
We suggest the discounted rate to be in the region of 5-10%.
There are three Pledge Types; Pledge, Bundle and Option. Pledges are the default, and will be what you use most frequently. Bundles and Options work together to allow your Backers to choose one out of a number of options.
When you make a Bundle, you must assign Options using “Select Pledges”. Assign a number of tokens equal to the number of Options your backers can choose and create the Option pledges.
After you have your Pledge levels set up, you should click ‘Edit Objects/Users’ to change the content of the Tier.
This will take you to the User Group for the Pledge, where you can add Sub-Groups, Objects and Users.
At this stage, all you need to do is add the Objects included in that Pledge. Don’t forget to upload your Objects as Private so that they don’t appear on your Store. This will not affect distribution.
Clicking Share Objects will bring up a checklist of everything you have uploaded:
Simply check each Object you want to be included in the Tier and press Accept to save. The objects will appear in the Pledge User Group like this:
Now your Pledge Levels are all set up and your objects added to them. With FronTiers, you can choose to distribute rewards immediately upon purchase or once the campaign has ended. Always communicate the distribution plan clearly with your Pioneers.
Rewards Section (Add-Ons)
Click “Add New” to create a new Add-On. You will then see the Add-On Selector:
Use the drop-down to select which Objects you want to make into Add-Ons then press Accept. Objects are digital, Products are physical. Each Object you selected will be created as an Add-On:
The Add-On will have the name and price that you set for it when you uploaded the Object.
An effective strategy that we recommend is setting a Pioneer exclusive price for Add-Ons to further incentivize them to support your FronTier and purchase Add-Ons to further increase your revenue generated.
To utilize this strategy, please follow these simple steps:
a) Create identical objects to the desired Add-On
b) Set a different price name & image for them as ‘Pioneer exclusive’ or something similar so that it is clear for your customers
c) Upload the objects as Add-Ons (using the steps detailed above)
d) Choose ‘visible by’ and choose Backers / Non-backers
e) Set the ‘Aux price’ as the reverse of the Pioneer / Non-pioneer price

Managing Pioneers
Clicking ‘View Backers’ will take you to the ‘Backer Overview’ page:
On the Backer Overview page, you can see each Backer’s name, username and email address. It also shows you which Tiers they supported and if they have been emailed to redeem.
You can use “Send Notification to Checked” to send either a redeem notification or an update notification to inform your backers of new files, for example, stretch goals.
