How to use Marketing Campaigns

Track the performance and conversion of marketing campaigns with custom tracking links.

With Marketing Campaigns, you can create unique tracking links for your offerings on MyMiniFactory, grouped by campaign. You can review campaign reports containing click, conversion, and earnings data to gain important insights on the performance of your marketing efforts.

Note:  Marketing Campaigns has replaced the FronTier referral link tool. Clicking on Analytics in your FronTier settings pages will now direct you to Marketing Campaigns.

Follow along with the guide; go to Marketing Campaigns here >

STEP 1) Navigation and Setup

To Navigate to your Marketing Campaigns, go to your account settings from your profile dropdown menu. Then click on Marketing Campaigns in the side menu.

Click "+ CREATE NEW CAMPAIGN" to create and name your first campaign.

STEP 2) Create a Referral Link

  • Click "+ ADD LINK" and name your link
  • in *Destination, Select the product you want to create a tracking link for (you can choose from Objects, Tribe, Campaigns, Store, Bundles, or FronTier Premarketing)
  • Use the start/ end date to set the duration you would like tracking to be active on the link. (The link will remain active after the set end date, however conversion will no longer be tracked. If you wish for tracking to run indefinitely, simply leave the end date blank).
  • Add a budget. This is optional; if this is a paid campaign, e.g., a link sent to an influencer, you can add the amount you spent on the campaign here to help keep track of CPC (Cost Per Click).
  • Click confirm to save, and repeat this process for any further tracking links you would like to add to a Marketing Campaign.

STEP 3) Editing a Campaign

  • In the actions column click the page icon to copy, the pencil icon to edit, or the trash can icon to delete a link.
  • Links that have already gone live cannot be deleted, clicking the trash can icon on these links will archive them instead.
  • When a link goes live, the destination and date settings are no longer editable.
  • To rename a campaign, click on the three vertical dots next to Analytics.
  • Campaigns can only be deleted if they contain no live links. To delete a campaign, remove all links first, then use the menu (three vertical dots next to Analytics) to find the delete option.

STEP 4) Analytics

To see the performance of a campaign, click the Analytics button. This will take you to the Marketing section of the advanced analytics page, with filtering applied for the campaign you clicked on.

Here you can see all the relevant data on the links you have created for your campaign. This includes high-level metrics for total earnings, conversion, and more, as well as more detailed, link specific metrics on destination (the product linked to), start/ end dates, clicks, conversions, earnings, and budget.

Click the arrows next to any column header to sort by that column.

Easily switch between campaigns using the dropdown list at the top of the page.
