What should I do? ## How to request a refund for a FronTiers purchase. If you want to request a refund for your purchase of a digital product via FronTiers, the request has to be made within 14 days of the purchase and before the files are released. Please reach out to MyMiniFactory via the [Contact Us Page](https://www.myminifactory.com/contact_us/)for more information. If the files are released immediately, you will not be eligible for a refund unless there is a problem with the digital files. MyMiniFactory only provides the platform upon which payments between customers and creators are made. Pioneers will need to contact the Creator to request a refund if there are any issues with the digital product.
