Frequently asked questions regarding Premium Creator subscription tiers.
I chose the Studio tier. When will the new benefits and tier fees begin?
The new benefits will begin from September 1st and new tier fees will begin in September on your usual billing cycle date. For example, if your Premium Creator billing cycle is on the 15th of the month, your first payment of 99.99 USD + VAT if applicable will be on September 15th.
I chose the Pro tier. When will the new benefits and tier fees begin?
The new benefits will begin from September 1st and new tier fees will begin in September on your usual billing cycle date. For example, if your Premium Creator billing cycle is on the 15th of the month, your first payment of 24.99 USD + VAT if applicable will be on September 15th.
I chose the Upcoming tier. When will the new benefits and tier fees begin?
If you choose the Upcoming tier before your billing cycle, you will be charged 9.99 USD + VAT if applicable from August. If you choose the Upcoming tier after your billing cycle, then you will be charged the new price from your usual billing date in September.
For example: your usual billing date is the 5th of the month. If you choose the Upcoming tier on August 3rd, you will be charged 9.99 USD + VAT if applicable on August 5th and access to Pro/Studio exclusive benefits will be removed. If you choose the Upcoming tier on August 7th, you will be charged 9.99 USD + VAT if applicable on September 7th and will lose access to Pro/Studio exclusive benefits from September 7th.
Please note that if you have a live Tribe and choose the Upcoming Tier, your Tribe will stay live until the end of 2024. If you choose Pro or Studio tier then change to Upcoming, you will lose access to Tribes.
I didn’t choose a new tier in August. What will happen to my subscription on September 1st?
You will be added to a “legacy” tier. This is a 24.99 USD per month and 12.5% commission on sales. You can still select your chosen tier at any time here.
What are the payment options for the new tiers?
For the Upcoming and Pro tiers, payments are taken via PayPal. With the Studio tier, you are able to choose personalized payment options. Contact your Creator Relations rep for more information.
How does VAT work on the new Premium Creator tiers?
During the checkout process, the applicable VAT will be calculated and displayed based on the billing address. If you have a valid local VAT ID please provide this to your Creator Relations rep.
I am choosing the Upcoming tier. How will I receive support from MyMiniFactory if I no longer have access to a rep?
You can still email creator-relations@myminifactory.com for support and attend monthly AMAs.
How does the discovery boost work for Pro and Studio Creators?
Studio and Pro Creators will benefit from significant increase in visibility in line with MyMiniFactory’s focus on premium content.
For Studio Creators, your brand, objects, FronTiers, Pledge Managers and Tribes will appear first on the homepage, search suggestions, search pages and category pages. This will be split evenly between all Pro Creators.
For Pro Creators, your brand and objects, FronTiers, Pledge Managers and Tribes will appear second beneath Studio Creators on the homepage, search and category pages. This will be split evenly between all Pro Creators.
For Upcoming Creators, there will be a dedicated row on the homepage that features select objects.
How does Marketing as a Service work under the new Premium Creator tier system?
Studio tier - Master plan included (50 USD/month value) in all Studio subscriptions. 15% commission fees on sales generated from ads.
Pro tier - Expert plan included (20 USD/month value) in all Pro subscriptions. 20% commission fees on sales generated from ads.
Upcoming tier - Traveler plan included (no weekly charge) in all Upcoming subscriptions. 35% commission fees on sales generated from ads.

Can I change my subscription tier?
Yes, you can change your subscription tier at any time.
For the Studio and Pro tiers, your new price and benefits will not come into effect until September. For the Upcoming tier, your new price will be in effect from August if chosen before your billing date.
If you move from Studio or Pro to Upcoming, you will lose access to your Tribe.
To choose a new tier if you've selected Upcoming/Pro/Studio already, you must first cancel your current subscription here and then select your new chosen tier here. Note that you do not need to cancel your current Store Manager subscription for your initial new tier signup.
From September when your new plan begins, you will be able to upgrade/downgrade freely from this page.
What are the differences between Pro and Studio tiers?

- Discovery boost - brands on the Studio tier are estimated to have 50-60% views on the homepage, Pro accounts 20-30%, and Upcoming 5-10%. The Discovery boost also benefits on search suggestions, search pages and category pages.

- Multiple brands - no need to pay for multiple accounts as they are all included under one subscription. Your Creator Relations rep can activate this for you (Studio tier).
